Appel cinnamon rawbite

Ingredients

200 g cashew nuts

200 g almonds

200 ml coconut flakes

10 dates

100 ml peeled hemp seeds or sunflower seeds

1 peeled apple 

100 ml dried appel

2 tbsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp sea salt

100 ml coconut oil

1tsp lemon juice


Directions

Blend nuts, almonds and coconut flakes to a fine powder in a food processor. 

Add dates, apple, dried berries, sea salt, cinnamon and run the food processor again. 

Add the coconut oil and blend until you have a dough that you can roll in to 20 apple cinnamon raw bites. 

Keep them in fridge or freezer.
