Banana chocolate ice-cream

frozen banana

cacao powder

creme fraiche or greek yogurt (optional)

fresh or frozen berries of choice

nuts of choice


Keep ripe peeled bananas in the freezer. Take out 0,5 to 1 per person and let soften a bit. Chop and put in a hand blender container. Add cacao powder to taste and if you like a 1-2 tblsp of creme fraiche per portion. Blend it and serve it with some fresh berries of choice and nuts on top.


Has to be eaten at once as it melts very quickly.
