Bean pesto

Yields

500-600 ml depending on how much water you add.

Ingredients

500 ml of cooked whitebeans

Bunch of fresh Basil

2 cloves of garlic

100 ml of olive oil

100 ml of grated Parmesan

Salt and black pepper

Water


Directions

Put all the ingredients in a food processor and blend for a few minutes. Add water to get the consistency you like.
