Cardamon Chia pudding dessert

You need to prepare the chia seed (soak them) overnight.


2 portions


200 ml coconut milk

50 ml chia seeds

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp honey

1/2 tsp cardamon

 if you like berries of choice, walnuts, coconut flakes as topping


Put the milk, chiaseeds, vanilla, honey and cardamon in a glasscontainer with a tight lid and shake, let it be in the fridge over night and then serve with the berries and toppings of choice.
