Cardamon chia seed pudding with strawberries

Prep Notes

You need to leave the Chia seeds to soak in the coconut milk for at least 4 hours.


4 servings


400 ml coconut milk

3 tablespoons of Chia seeds

1 table spoons newly grind Cardamon

a pinch of sea salt

1 table spoon honey 

400 ml frozen or fresh raspberries

100 ml of pomegranate

coconut flakes, cocoa nibs or nuts of taste  to top the serving


Add the coco nut milk, cardamon, chia seeds, salt and honey to a mixing bowl, stir and let it soak for at least 4 hours.

Serve in small bowl with raspberries, pomegranate, coco nut flakes, nuts or cocoa nibs on top.


A great dessert when you are looking for something with very little sugar!
