Carrot chèvre patties

200 g carrots

150 g chèvre

1/2 nion, red or yellow

2 pinches of salt

1-2 pinches of black pepper

4 table spoons of buckwheat flour

100 ml boiled grains (buckwhet, quinoa, millet)

2 eggs

50 ml chive

olive oil to fry in


Yogurt and lime sauce

200 ml turkish or greek yogurt 

1 table spoon grated lime peel

1 table spoon olive oil

2-3 pinches of sea salt

1 tsp honey

1 pinch of black pepper


Finely grate the carrot and mix with the other ingredients, Make patties and fry them in a skillet until golden brown.

Mix the ingredients for the sauce together and serve the patties, the sauce together with Kale sallad
