Coffe power balls


Ingredients

200 ml cashew or hazel nuts

100 g figs

 tsp coffee powder

50 g grated dark chocolate  70%


Directions

Soak the figs for 10 minutes and drain them. Run the nuts in your food processor add the rest of the ingredients and run again until you get a firm dough. Put the dough in the fridge for an hour and then roll balls.
