Energizing breakfast smoothie

Makes 4-5 big glasses

Ingredients

Frozen spinach (about 4 cubes/chunks)

1/2 avocado

150 g broccoli

1/2 banana (optional) or 1 kiwi

1 apple

100 g of almonds or walnuts

A chunk of fresh ginger (thumb size)

Fresh lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon turmeric

4 dl water (or coconut water)


Directions

Cut and place everything in a blender. Let it run with high speed until smooth. Ad more water if too thick.Serve chilled. Can be kept in the refrigerator for 8 hours.
