Ginger and Honey Hummus

200 ml


200 ml cooked chick peas

3 table spoons olive oil

juice from ½ lemon

herbal salt to taste

1 tea spoon fresh grated ginger

1 clove of garlic, minced

2 table spoons of water

2 table spoons of Tahini

½ table spoon liquide honey

Cayenne pepper to taste


Blend all ingrediences with a hand blender or in a food processor. Add more water to the concistensy you prefer. Add more spices if you wish.
