Ginger yogi tea

1 litre

Ingredients

4-5 thin sliced fresh ginger

 4 whole cloves

 4-5 cm whole cinnamon

 3 whole star anis 

1 liter boiling water 

Directions

Put the spices in a thermos and add the boiling water, leave it to soak for a couple of hours.
