Green pea pesto

A great dip/sauce to serve on a pick nick or as a side to fish, barbecue, sallad. Easy and quick to put together.

Yields

400 ml dip

Ingredients

200 ml frozen green peas

200 ml almonds

2 table spoons lemon juice

1big  clove garlic

50-100 ml olive oil

salt and black pepper to taste

Directions

Blend everything in a foodprocessor/mixer add water to make the concistensy as creamy as you like.
