Kale chips

Fresh kale

Olive oil

Sea salt

Wash and dry the kale, remove the stems and tear into bite size pieces.


Drizzle over olive oil and sea salt and spread out on a baking tray covered with baking paper. Bake for approx 15 mins at 175 celcius. Every oven is different so check frequently. They should be crisp and not burnt.
