Lemon mango power balls

15 minutes


20 ml almond

100 g dried mango or apricot, soaked for 30 minutes

2 tsp lemon juice

lemon zest from ½ lemon

½ tsp dried ginger powder

1ml grated coconut


Add the almonds to a blender to a fine consistency but not powder.. Press the soaked dried fruit in your hand add to the blender. Blend to a dough and put in the fridge for at least an hour. Make small balls and roll them in the grated coconut.
