500 g frozen green peas
7 g fresh mint leaves
1 large garlic clove
2 tablespoons tahini
60 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice or more to taste
2 tablespoons cold-pressed olive oil
1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
Add all ingredients in a food processor and pulse to a smooth consistency.
Store in the fridge in an airtight container for 3-4 days or keep in the fridge to have at hand at your convenience.
