3 very ripe bananas
1 tsp vanilla edxtract
65 g chopped dried fruits for exampel, dates, appels, cranberries, abricots
150 g rolled oats
50 g dark chocolate (70 %)
chopped 20 g walnuts, crushed
a couple of pinches of salt
Preheat the oven to 175 celsius, mash the bananas until liquid (great to run in food processor). Add in all the other ingredients and use a spoon to place the ”cockie dough” on a baking sheet. Cook in the oven for around 15 minutes (depends on the size of the cookies) to golden brown.
A great energy kick when out in the mountains with only banana and a little bit of dried fruit( that you can skip) as sweetener. Also great for people with nut allergies that want a healthy energy bite.
