Raw buckwheat and nut porridge

You have to soak the porridge over night. So remember it before you go to bed.

Yields

2-3 persons

Ingredients

100 ml grains of buckwheat (Sarasin)

100 ml of nuts, almonds or seeds

2 tbsp  flax seeds or Shia seeds

1 dried fig

100 ml frozen berries

Cardamom

200ml water.

A pinch of salt


Directions

Put everything except the frozen berries together in a bowl over night and then blend it with a hand blender in the morning after you have added the frozen berries. Add more water if you want a loser consistency. Serve it as it is or with almond milk.
