Walk, talk and eat power ball

20 balls


200 ml cashew nuts

200 ml almonds

200 ml coconut flakes

10 dates

100 ml raw cacao powder

100 ml peeled hemp seeds or sunflower seeds

100 ml dried cranberries or gojiberries

1,5 tbsp cinnamon

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 tsp sea salt

100 ml coconut oil

1 tbsp honey


Blend nuts, almonds and coconut flakes to a fine powder in a food processor. Add dates, cacao powder, dried berries, vanilla extract, sea salt, cinnamon and run the food processor again. Add the coconut oil and blend until you have a dough that you can roll in to 20 powerboats. keep them in fridge or freezer.
