Green pea dip

400-500 ml

Ingredients
  • 250 g frozen green peas
  • 1 bunch of fresh cilantro
  • 50 ml of olive oil
  • 50 ml lemon juice
  • Salt and black pepper
Directions

Blend in a food processor or with a hand blender add water to reach the preferred consistency.
