Coriander & lime dressing

Ingredients
  • 1 bunch freshcoriander/cilantro
  • 1 bunch basilica
  • 50 ml almond butter
  • 50 ml coconut milk 
  • 75 ml lime juice
  • 1 small clove garlic
  • 1 table spoon Tamari soy
  • 1 pinch of sea salt
Directions

Blend to a smooth dressing, add salt if needed.
