A creamy, tasty dressing without dairy and eggs.
Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic
- 2-3 cm fresh ginger
- 150 ml cashew nuts
- 3 tablespoons rice winevinegar
- 50 ml rapeseed oil
- 1 tsp honey
- 1-2 tsp sambal oelek
- 2-3 tsp tamari soy
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 3 table spoons water
Directions
Blend all ingredients in a blender or with a hand blender until smooth and puffy, maybe add a bit of water.
