Ginger Dressing

A creamy, tasty dressing without dairy and eggs.

Ingredients
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2-3 cm fresh ginger
  • 150 ml cashew nuts
  • 3 tablespoons rice winevinegar
  • 50 ml rapeseed oil
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1-2 tsp sambal oelek
  • 2-3 tsp tamari soy
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 3 table spoons water
Directions

Blend all ingredients in a blender or with a hand blender until smooth and puffy, maybe add a bit of water.
