Ingredients
- 500 ml oat flakes
- 500 ml rye flakes
- 100 ml flax seed
- 20 ml raw sugar (optional)
- 100 ml coconut flakes or rasps
- 200 ml sunflower seeds
- 100 ml pumpkin seeds
- 100 ml sesame seeds
- 200 g almonds and hazelnuts
- 250 ml of hot water
- 1/2 tbsp salt
- 2-3 tbsp rapeseed oil or coconut oil
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar
Directions
Mix everything except water, oil, salt and vinegar in a big bowl.
In another bowl mix the water, salt, vinegar and oil. Stir it and then pour it over all the rest of the ingredients. Mix it carefully so that the liquid is well spread out. Put the granola on a big oven plate with edges. Roast it in the middle of the oven for about 15-20 minutes at 200 degrees. You have to stir it and turn it around every 5 minutes, otherwise it burns!
Notes
You can try different kinds of seeds and grains. You can also try with some species like cinnamon or cardamom. Optional you can add dried fruits or berries when you take the Granola out of the oven. Store it in a beautiful jar!
