Notes: A great dip/sauce to serve on a pick nick or as a side to fish, barbecue, salad. Easy and quick to put together.
Yields
400 ml dip
Ingredients
- 500 ml frozen green peas
- 200 ml almonds
- 2 table spoons lemon juice
- 1big clove garlic
- 50 ml olive oil
- salt and black pepper to taste
- add water to reach desired consistency
Directions
Blend everything in a food processor/mixer and add water to make the consistency as creamy as you like.
