Notes: A great dip/sauce to serve on a pick nick or as a side to fish, barbecue, salad. Easy and quick to put together.
Yields
400-500 ml
Ingredients
- 300g white beans cooked
- 1 tbsp of Tahini
- 1 big clove of garlic, mashed.
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 50 ml rapeseed oil
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 10 walnuts
- 100 ml water
- 100 ml pomegranate to decorate when serving
Directions
Blend in the food processor and add water to the preferred consistency.
