Hummus with walnuts

Notes: A great dip/sauce to serve on a pick nick or as a side to fish, barbecue, salad. Easy and quick to put together.

Yields

400-500 ml

Ingredients
  • 300g white beans cooked
  • 1 tbsp of Tahini
  • 1 big clove of garlic, mashed.
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 50 ml rapeseed oil 
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 10 walnuts
  • 100 ml water
  • 100 ml pomegranate to decorate when serving
Directions

Blend in the food processor and add water to the preferred consistency.
