Raw buckwheat & nut porridge

You have to soak the porridge overnight. So remember it before you go to bed.

Yields

2-3 persons

Ingredients
  • 100 ml grains of buckwheat (Sarasin)
  • 100 ml of nuts, almonds or seeds
  • 2 tbsp  flax seeds or Shia seeds
  • 1 dried fig
  • 100 ml frozen berries
  • 1-2 tsp cardamom
  • 200ml water.
  • A pinch of salt
Directions

Put everything except the frozen berries together in a bowl overnight and then blend it with a hand blender in the morning after you have added the frozen berries. Add more water if you want a loser consistency. Serve it as it is or with almond milk. You can also use toppings like berries and coconut flakes.
