Yogi porridge

Notes

Mix the following in a jar to store:

  • 150 ml pumpkin seeds
  • 200 ml buckwheat grains
  • 100 ml flax seeds
  • 150 ml Quinoa
Cooking Time

3 minutes + 7 minutes

Ingredients

50 ml of blend above per portion

Directions

In the evening. Before you go to bed put as many portions (50 ml per portion) as you want to prepare of the blend above in a saucepan add water and bring to a boil. Pour it into a mesh strainer and rinse with cold water. Put the grains back in the saucepan pour water to cover the grains and add a dried fig in small pieces / per portion and a pinch of salt. Leave it overnight. In the morning bring the grains to a boil and boil for 7 minutes, add some more water if needed. Serve with milk, yogurt nature or almond milk and some fresh fruit or berries.

Notes: If you make it quite liquid you don’t need to have it with milk or yogurt. Great on its own with cinnamon.
