Immune-boosting green pesto

Ingredients
  • 100 g of kale
  • 100 g of rocket sallad/ruccola, arugula
  • 2 big clove of garlic
  • olive oil 
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 table spoons of lemon juice
Directions

Put all ingredients in a blender and blend to a smooth consistency.
