Ingredients
- 500 g frozen green peas
- 7 g fresh mint leaves
- 1 large garlic clove
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 60 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice or more to taste
- 2 tablespoons cold-pressed olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
Directions
Add all ingredients to a food processor and pulse to a smooth consistency.
Notes: Store in the fridge in an airtight container for 3-4 days or keep in the fridge to have at hand at your convenience.
