Orange & Mint dressing

Yields

200 ml dressing

Ingredients
  • Juice from 2 oranges
  • 100 ml olive oil
  • 2 tblsp white wine vinegar
  • 100 ml leaves of freshmenthe
  • Salt and black pepper
Directions

Blend all the ingredients in a blender or food processor for a couple of minutes. Keep the dressing in a glass bottle in the fridge and serve to all kinds of salads and vegetables.
