Ingredients
- 1 kg beetroots peeled and roughly grated
- 2 yellow onions, finely chopped
- 3 boiled cold potatoes, mashed
- 2 eggs
- 2 table spoons of Dijon mustard
- 4 table spoons of capers
- Butter/oil to fry in
- salt and pepper
Directions
Mix, beetroots, potatoes, onions, eggs, mustard, and capers in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
Make patties with your hands and fry them in a pan with butter or olive oil to a golden color.
Notes: Nice to serve with Cauliflower Tabbouleh and Turkish or Greek yogurt.
