Ingredients
Carrot chèvre patties
- 200 g carrots
- 150 g chèvre
- 1/2 onion, red or yellow
- 2 pinches of salt
- 1-2 pinches of black pepper
- 4 table spoons of buckwheat flour
- 100 ml boiled grains (buckwheat, quinoa, millet)
- 2 eggs
- 50 ml chive
- olive oil to fry in
Yogurt and lime sauce
- 200 ml Turkish or greek yogurt
- 1 table spoon grated lime peel
- 1 table spoon olive oil
- 2-3 pinches of sea salt
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 pinch of black pepper
Directions
Finely grate the carrot and mix with the other ingredients, Make patties and fry them in a skillet until golden brown.
Mix the ingredients for the sauce together and serve the patties, the sauce together with Kale salad.
