Ingredients

Carrot chèvre patties

  • 200 g carrots
  • 150 g chèvre
  • 1/2 onion, red or yellow
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • 1-2 pinches of black pepper
  • 4 table spoons of buckwheat flour
  • 100 ml boiled grains (buckwheat, quinoa, millet)
  • 2 eggs
  • 50 ml chive
  • olive oil to fry in

Yogurt and lime sauce

  • 200 ml Turkish or greek yogurt 
  • 1 table spoon grated lime peel
  • 1 table spoon olive oil
  • 2-3 pinches of sea salt
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
Directions

Finely grate the carrot and mix with the other ingredients, Make patties and fry them in a skillet until golden brown.

Mix the ingredients for the sauce together and serve the patties, the sauce together with Kale salad.
