Tahini dressing

Ingredients
  • 50 ml tahini
  • 50 ml water
  • 50 ml lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon cest
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tbsp Tamari soy
  • ½ tsk sea salt
  • 50 ml olive oil
Directions

Blend all ingredients except the olive oil, slowly, to a creamy consistency, add the olive oil while the blender is still running.
