Ingredients
- 50 ml tahini
- 50 ml water
- 50 ml lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon cest
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tbsp Tamari soy
- ½ tsk sea salt
- 50 ml olive oil
Directions
Blend all ingredients except the olive oil, slowly, to a creamy consistency, add the olive oil while the blender is still running.
