Energizing breakfast smoothie

Yields

4 -5 big glasses

Ingredients
  • Frozen spinach (about 4 cubes/chunks)
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 150 g broccoli
  • 1/2 banana (optional) or 1 kiwi
  • 1 apple
  • 100 g of almonds or walnuts
  • A chunk of fresh ginger (thumb size)
  • Fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 4 dl water (or coconut water)

Directions


Cut and place everything in a blender. Let it run at high speed until smooth. Add more water if it is too thick. Serve chilled. It can be kept in the refrigerator for 8 hours.
