Ingredients
- Frozen spinach (about 4 cubes/chunks)
- 1/2 avocado
- 150 g broccoli
- 1/2 banana (optional) or 1 kiwi
- 1 apple
- 100 g of almonds or walnuts
- A chunk of fresh ginger (thumb size)
- Fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 4 dl water (or coconut water)
Directions
Cut and place everything in a blender. Let it run at high speed until smooth. Add more water if it is too thick. Serve chilled. It can be kept in the refrigerator for 8 hours.
