Ingredients
- 4-5 thin sliced fresh ginger
- 4 whole cloves
- 4-5 cm whole cinnamon
- 3 whole star anis
- 1 liter boiling water
Directions
Put the spices in a thermos and add the boiling water, leave it to soak for a couple of hours. The longer it soaks the stronger the taste.
