Ingredients
- 200 ml cashew nuts
- 200 ml almonds
- 200 ml coconut flakes
- 10 dates
- 100 ml raw cacao powder
- 100 ml peeled hemp seeds or sunflower seeds
- 100 ml dried cranberries or gojiberries
- 1,5 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 100 ml coconut oil
- 1 tbsp honey
Directions
Blend nuts, almonds, and coconut flakes to a fine powder in a food processor. Add dates, cacao powder, dried berries, vanilla extract, sea salt, and cinnamon and run the food processor again. Add the coconut oil and blend until you have a dough that you can roll into 20 powerboats. keep them in the fridge or freezer.
