Walk, talk and eat power ball

Ingredients
  • 200 ml cashew nuts
  • 200 ml almonds
  • 200 ml coconut flakes
  • 10 dates
  • 100 ml raw cacao powder
  • 100 ml peeled hemp seeds or sunflower seeds
  • 100 ml dried cranberries or gojiberries
  • 1,5 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 100 ml coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp honey

Directions


Blend nuts, almonds, and coconut flakes to a fine powder in a food processor. Add dates, cacao powder, dried berries, vanilla extract, sea salt, and cinnamon and run the food processor again. Add the coconut oil and blend until you have a dough that you can roll into 20 powerboats. keep them in the fridge or freezer.
