Roasted nuts with cinnamon

Ingredients
  • 200 ml almond
  • 200 ml hazelnuts
  • 200 ml walnuts
  • 400 ml cashew nuts
  • 1 table spoon maple syrop (optional) 
  • 2 table spoons rape seeds oil
  • 1 + 1/2 table spoon sea salt flakes
  • 1 table spoon newly ground Cinnamon

Directions

Turn on the oven to 175 c. Put all the nuts on a paper-covered baking sheet, and roast for 10-15 minutes in the middle of the oven. Blend the cinnamon, honey, oil, and 1 tablespoon of salt flakes in a bowl, add the warm nuts and stir. Put the nuts back on the baking sheet and add ½ tablespoon of sea salt flakes on top. Roast in the oven for another 5 minutes until a nice golden brown color. Take out and cool off.
