Ingredients
Appel sauce:
- 2 apples chopped in small pieces
- 2 tablespoons butter or coconut oil
- 3 table spoons of water
- 1/2 table spoon cinnamon
- pinch of salt
- lemon juice to taste
Chia seed pudding:
- 200 ml full fat coconut milk
- 100 ml water
- 2 table spoons chia seeds
- 1 tsp grind cardamom
- 1/2 table spoon honey (optional)
Directions
Apple sauce:
Chop the apples in small pieces and put in a small sauce pan together with the butter/coconut oil. Add the cinnamon, salt, water, cook for 10 minutes until the apples are soft. Add lemon juice to taste.
Chia seed pudding:
Put the coconut milk, chia seeds, and cardamon in a small mixing bowl and stir. Let it soak for 4 hours. Add water and stir to the consistency you like, add honey if you like.
