Cardamon Chia pudding dessert

You need to prepare the chia seed (soak them) overnight.

Ingredients
  • 200 ml coconut milk
  • 50 ml chia seeds (soaked overnight)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp cardamon
  •  if you like berries of choice, walnuts, coconut flakes as topping

Directions

Put the milk, chia seeds, vanilla, honey, and cardamon in a glass container with a tight lid and shake, let it be in the fridge over night and then serve with the berries and toppings of choice.
