Banana chocolate ice-cream

Ingredients
  • frozen banana
  • cacao powder
  • creme fraiche or greek yogurt (optional)
  • fresh or frozen berries of choice
  • nuts of choice

Directions

Keep ripe peeled bananas in the freezer. Take out 0,5 to 1 per person and let it soften a bit. Chop and put in a hand blender container. Add cacao powder to taste and if you like 1-2 tbsp of creme fraiche per portion. Blend it and serve it with some fresh berries of choice and nuts on top.

Notes: It has to be eaten at once as it melts very quickly.
