Appel cinnamon rawbite

Ingredients
  • 200 g cashew nuts
  • 200 g almonds
  • 200 ml coconut flakes
  • 10 dates
  • 100 ml peeled hemp seeds or sunflower seeds
  • 1 peeled apple 
  • 100 ml dried appel
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 100 ml coconut oil
  • 1tsp lemon juice
Directions

Blend nuts, almonds, and coconut flakes to a fine powder in a food processor. Add dates, apples, dried berries, sea salt, and cinnamon, and run the food processor again. Add the coconut oil and blend until you have a dough that you can roll into 20 apple cinnamon raw bites. 

Keep them in fridge or freezer.
