Cardamon chia seed pudding with Raspberries

You need to leave the Chia seeds to soak in the coconut milk for at least 4 hours.

Ingredients
  • 400 ml coconut milk
  • 3 tablespoons of Chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoons newly grind Cardamon
  • a pinch of sea salt
  • 1 table spoon honey 
  • 400 ml frozen or fresh raspberries
  • 100 ml of pomegranate
  • coconut flakes, cocoa nibs or nuts of taste  to top the serving

Directions

Add the coconut milk, cardamon, chia seeds, salt, and honey to a mixing bowl, stir, and let it soak for at least 4 hours.

Serve in a small bowl with raspberries, pomegranate, coconut flakes, nuts, or cocoa nibs on top. A great dessert when you are looking for something with very little sugar!
