You need to leave the Chia seeds to soak in the coconut milk for at least 4 hours.

Ingredients
- 400 ml coconut milk
- 3 tablespoons of Chia seeds
- 1 tablespoons newly grind Cardamon
- a pinch of sea salt
- 1 table spoon honey
- 400 ml frozen or fresh raspberries
- 100 ml of pomegranate
- coconut flakes, cocoa nibs or nuts of taste to top the serving
Directions
Add the coconut milk, cardamon, chia seeds, salt, and honey to a mixing bowl, stir, and let it soak for at least 4 hours.
Serve in a small bowl with raspberries, pomegranate, coconut flakes, nuts, or cocoa nibs on top. A great dessert when you are looking for something with very little sugar!
