Ingredients
Tomato sauce
- 500 g tomatoes
- 2 table spoons olive oil
- salt, pepper and Herbs de Provence to taste
- 200 ml of cream
- chopped bundle of fresh Basil leaves
Veggie pasta
- 4 zucchini medium small
- 4 big carrots
- salt and pepper to taste
- Parmesan cheese
Directions
Tomato sauce
Chop tomatoes and cook in some olive oil. Add salt, pepper, and Herbs de Provence to taste. Add the cream and let simmer for 20 minutes. Before serving add the Basil leaves.
Veggie pasta
Make pasta of 4 zucchini and 4 carrots in a vegetable lathe. Sauté in a pan of olive oil quickly, add salt and pepper, and serve the pasta with some tasty hard cheese like Parmesan or Manchego.
