My yoga is a dynamic form of yoga, which focuses on biomechanics. In a systematically composed yoga series, you will discover in each and every class a tough, fun way to practice yoga that nourishes your body and mind. I also offer fascia-focused movement strategies for improved posture and ease in your daily life.

I am a fully trained teacher from the Nordic Institute of Yoga (Registered in the International Association ”The Yoga Alliance”) and a certified Optimum postural training coach who offers private classes in Verbier and Le Chable on demand.

The Optimum Method for Postural Therapy Training.
