Ingredients
- 200 ml cashew or hazelnuts
- 100 g figs
- 1-2 tbsp coffee powder
- 50 g grated dark chocolate 70%
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 pinch of chili
Directions
Soak the figs for 10 minutes and drain them. Run the nuts in your food processor add the rest of the ingredients and run again until you get a firm dough. Put the dough in the fridge for an hour and then roll the balls.
