Ingredients
- Fresh kale
- Olive oil
- Sea salt
- Wash and dry the kale, remove the stems and tear into bite size pieces.
Directions
Drizzle over olive oil and sea salt and spread out on a baking tray covered with baking paper. Bake for approx 10-15 mins at 150 °C. Every oven is different so check frequently. They should be crisp and not burnt.
